Trinity Home Mortgage Corporation was founded in 1996 by Don and Nancy Trainer to service the outlying counties of the metropolitan Atlanta area, specializing in the northern and northeastern counties. Some of the countries served by Trinity Home Mortgage include Gwinnett, Hall, Jackson, Madison, Clarke, Oglethorpe, Lumpkin, Union, Banks, Walton, Barrow, Dawson, Floyd, Habersham, and Cherokee.
Don Trainer has over 30 years experience in the lending business. Mr. Trainer was with Barclays American Financial for 21 years before helping establish Sunstates Mortgage Corporation in 1989. Sunstates Mortgage is a sister company of Trinity Home Mortgage, serving metro Atlanta, north Georgia, west Georgia, Alabama, and North Carolina. In March 1999 Don and Nancy Trainer became sole owners of both companies.
Nancy Trainer has been active in the mortgage industry since 1989 serving in several areas including bookkeeping, loan processing, data entry, advertising, and direct mail marketing.
Trinity Home Mortgage offers loans in all classes including conventional FNMA; 1st and 2nd mortgages; A, B, C, & D credit; loan to values up to 125% of the property value; also no income and no asset qualifiers; non-owner occupied investment properties; vacation homes, condos, and mobile homes.
Trinity Home Mortgage is also proud to sponsor David Trainer in car #25 in the mini-stock division at Lanier National Speedway Saturday nights. David is the defending 1998 mini-stock champion.
